You get OUT what you put IN

You get out what you put IN!

Sounds simple, right? In essence, it is; however, few follow this rule, and most want to make excuses as to why what they put in should be sufficient. I've seen far too many people continue to make excuse after excuse, get frustrated, lose motivation, and ultimately fail. If you truly want the body you've always desired, the health you desperately need, or just some confidence, then STAY CONSISTENT; leave the excuses AT THE DOOR!

Before I go on my motivational rant (At least I hope that's what you get out of it), take a moment to envision the overall health, body, and physique you want. Truly sit for about 3-5 minutes, close your eyes, and envision yourself in that body, with that health you desire......

OK, now let's come back to reality. That body...that one you envisioned...is completely realistic. But you have to be real with yourself, and what that truly takes. Getting there is a science, and I've made a living over the past 20 years, helping others learn their personal body’s algorithm. Each of us is different, therefore, each of us has a different algorithm. Unless you fully understand how your body works and how it responds to certain macronutrient breakdowns, training methodology, and training volume, you need to learn by trial and error.

Whatever you do, stay consistent. It won't happen overnight, and it takes a lifestyle, that involves consistency and dedication to nutrition, training, proper sleep, etc... Sounds daunting at times. But it's all worth it. It's making small changes over time, that eventually amount to huge transformations in your health and overall body composition.

If you need help, contact me. If you go at it on your own, learn to stay consistent. You get OUT what you put IN.
