We ALL have 24 Hours
The most widely used excuse as to why people don't implement a regular exercise routine and overall healthy lifestyle is what??? "I don't have the time!" Ultimately, we ALL have 24 hours. It's how you maximize that 24 hours that counts. What you focus on in that 24 hours, is what you value most.
Do you value social media? Do you value reality television? Do you value unhealthy food? Do you value sleeping?
Everyone in today's world is busy. I get it. We're all busy. But my question to you is, what are you busy doing? I've heard so many times over the years how someone doesn't have the time to exercise or prepare healthy meals, yet in the next sentence, they ask me if I saw the latest episode of the hottest television show, or I see their multiple posts on social media. If living a healthy lifestyle, having a healthy/toned body, or simply getting off your HBP medication is your ultimate goal, then you need to MAKE time. Decide that each day, you are going to dedicate 45 minutes to an hour, completely focused on YOU. That you are going to take care of yourself through exercise. Decide that on Sunday, you are going to dedicate 2 hours to preparing healthy meals for the upcoming week.
We're all busy. But what are you doing with that time? We all have the same 24 hours! Use it wisely. Take care of yourself. Life can't be enjoyed, if you're not here to enjoy it, or you're constantly tired, weak, and too sick. You're worth it. Dedicate that time. Truly take a week to see what you spend your time on, and figure it out. I promise it's worth it.
